“Capture and illustrate the wonder of learning through inspirational photography.”
I have over ten years experience producing creative school website photography. Working with primary, secondary, nursery schools, children’s centres and sixth forms nationally. I have enhanced DBS clearance and am fully insured.
One of my earliest clients was SPACE studios in Hackney (they’re still using my photos). I documented pupil’s visits to artist’s studios in East London. As my photography career was building, I worked for the multi-award winning Hackney Learning Trust which is where I met Simon Sheppard; he left to set up Creative Schools and soon after, so did I. We’ve been working closely together ever since and share a passion for striking design, going the extra mile for our clients and attention to detail.
I have two children, my daughter is 8 and my son is 12. A huge benefit of being freelance is that I get to see more of them as they grow up. Including their school assemblies, lego creations and football matches!
Creative school website photography should make you feel like you’re there with the children. I work on their level, both literally and metaphorically. I can be flat on the carpet to photograph activities on the floor or crouching in the back of a goal to capture the moment. I’m calm and interactive which is critical to capturing pupils at their natural best. Great photography is key to a compelling school website which shows your school in the best light.
